Internet Auction

An auction participant (bidder) bids 10% of the current price of the item. The item is sold to the bidder who places the highest bid.

If there is a bid placed during the last 3 minutes of the auction, the auction is prolonged by additional 3 minutes. The auction can be prolonged till no more bids are submitted.

The internet auction participant who placed the highest bid (winning bidder) will be charged a fee of 20% from the highest - winning price (including VAT).

Terms of the Galerie Pictura internet auction

The participant (bidder) can be a corporation or an individual older than 18 years and must be eligible to make legal acts. The bidder participates on the auction in order to place bids and obtain the item(s) he places bid(s) on. The bidder has to be registered. Use this form to register.

Internet auction operator account information The successful (winning) bidder must pay the price which amounts to the highest bid attained within 10 days from the end of the internet auction of the objective work of art. The payment is considered as received when it is credited to the receivers account.

Items purchased in the auction will be handed over in the above-mentioned Gallery business premises and the auction operator will draw related documents. Items purchased in the auction can be send too. In this case all shipping costs are born by the winning bidder.

Avoidance of Contract

In accordance with the act 40/1964 (§ 53, subsection 7) on the Civil Code, the winning bidder can pull out of a contract. The termination of the contract has to be delivered in written form to the firm domicile address.
